Why is my POWCH! leaking?
If any leaking occurs, please check that both the nozzle cap and closure cap are aligned with the base and screwed on tight. If either cap is screwed on lopsided and the threads donât line up, leaking can occur.
Please contact customercare@koecolife.com if your POWCH! continues to leak so we can refund or exchange the item (if within the 60-day money back guarantee).
